Investment Process
STEP ONE: Consultation
Book a consultation with our Investor relations team. This gives you an opportunity to see how we work, what we can do and in what timeline we can achieve it. At this point, we can discuss your real estate investing goals, budget and criteria. Together we can come up with a plan that works for you.
STEP TWO: Matchmaking
Once you are ready to go, our acquisition team will notify you when a new acquisition is made matching your criteria. Our experts vet each property, perform due diligence, and compile a scope of work for any necessary renovations, updates, or repairs. A lender package, complete with all necessary details of the project, is compiled and sent to potential lenders. If you like what you see then we proceed with an agreement for that project.
STEP THREE: Execution
Once all details are agreed upon, funds are provided, and documentation is complete, we proceed. You simply sit back and watch your plan unfold. We execute the strategy and send process pictures of the renovations as they are completed. Upon conclusion of the project, we stage the property and list it. Upon closing, you see the return on your investment.
