Daniel Grenier

President 

Dan received a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Western University, with a concentration on residential construction. While still in school, Dan received the prestigious NSERC Alexander Graham Bell Canadian Graduate Scholarship, and became a successful real estate investor in the Windsor region with several rental properties. Once he graduated, Dan dedicated himself to real estate investing in Windsor and sought out education through Fortune Builders and has completed 100+ transactions since founding PE Real Estate Solutions in 2015.

CEO / Founder 

After graduating from the University of Windsor in 2007, she worked as a Civil Engineer for 10 years. She bought her first investment property in 2010 and founded PE Real Estate Solutions with Dan in 2015. Together they have been involved in over $10 million of real estate investments. Her passion is to improve the quality of homes and neighbourhoods and real estate investing in Windsor. 

Sasha Dhillon

Director of Acquisitons/Investor Relations

Moving to Windsor in 2021, Sasha looks forward to learning more about the city and immersing herself in its vibrant culture. With 17 years of experience living in Vancouver and now an opportunity for a new home, Sasha knows this move will bring plenty of challenges as well as rewards. Sasha has a proven track record of success in creating, leading and executing strategies for businesses. She has been able to apply her expertise and experience from different industries to create new strategies that are both innovative and impactful. Her knowledge of various markets allows her to understand the needs of each industry and develop creative solution, manage operations and strategizing for long-term growth. With her sharp business acumen and driven personality, Sasha enjoys motivating change in methodology and new technologies in several sectors of the business from manufacturing, operations, marketing, HR, sales development, corporate policy, and governance.

Sasha’s experience in the Bottled Water, Publishing, Technology, Real Estate, and Forestry industries shows her adaptability to different fields and her willingness to learn and grow. Being a serial entrepreneur requires a lot of resilience and risk-taking, and her success in this area shows her dedication and drive. To this day Sasha still claims that being a mother has been her hardest and most rewarding role.

Nathan Caldwell

Graduating from Western University in 2011 with a Bachelor Degree in Management with a specialization in Finance, Nathan in no stranger to the world of financial and data analytics. Additionally, his experience serving on boards and committees gives him a unique perspective on navigating policies within a corporate and legislative environment. He has also gained extensive experience in the real estate industry, With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nathan’s extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of market trends, real estate values, and investment opportunities.

Stephan Lahnalampi

Project Manager

With a decade of experience as a project coordinator, Stephan has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. At Fanshawe College he studied Construction Engineering technology, graduating in 2012 and holds several qualifications in construction safety and management. His passion for construction, project management, scheduling, engineering, and inspection has given him a deep understanding of the industry from design to completion.

Stephan’s ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders has enabled him to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations. He’s have developed a reputation for delivering projects that are both efficient and effective, and his attention to detail in all stages of the construction process.
